At Turtle Lake, we realize your guests are special to you. Therefore, as an Orchid Club Member, each time you register a qualified prospective buyer, we’ll guarantee that you remain the realtor of record throughout the entire sales process.

The Orchid Club member who sells the most units at Turtle Lake in 2008 will win a trip for two to Biras Creek Resort, Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands. The trip includes a seven night stay at the resort, airfare, hotel, taxes and meals. A 21 day notice is required. Not valid during holidays or January or February. Expires one year after drawing and not transferable.

As part of The Orchid Club, you are gifted a membership for one year only. You will be entitled to remain as a member, and hence eligible to receive the benefits of our many events, gifts and promotions only if you have successfully completed a transaction in 2008.

(The company will be required to issue a 1099 for the value of all prizes redeemed and associated with this program, in excess of $600).
